Jordan Timpany Memorial Volleyball Tournament

The 2011 Jordan Timpany Memorial Volleyball Tournament has been set for Saturday June 25th.  Volleyball games will be played, along with a 50/50 draw, at Spikes Indoor Volleyball from 10am-5pm.  A Silent Auction, dance, games and party will be held at the Lambeth Legion from 7pm-1am.  More details on ticket prices and registration information to come!!!  Looking forward to making this another successful year!!!

We would like to extend a huge thanks to everyone for your support with the tournament!  Hopefully it will be the first of many!!  We have raised over $11,000.00, with donations still coming in!! Looking forward to seeing everyone that day, and of course we are always looking for silent auction and raffle items, as well as donations to SADS Canada, The Heart and Stroke Foundation, or The Jordan Timpany Memorial Fund at Saunders Secondary School.

If you are planning on attending the BBQ on the day of the tournament (around 6pm after the games are over) please send me an email and I will pass along the details and location to you.  The BBQ is included with your team registration, and we ask for a $5 donation from non-players!

Let's make this day amazing to honour Jordans Memory and help some very worthy causes while we're at it!!

Registration is now FULL for the 2010 Jordan Timpany Memorial Volleyball Tournament at Spikes Volleyball in London Ontario on June 26th, 2010 for 9:30am-5pm.

Register Teams of 6, $150 per team cash or cheque (made payable to Teri Timpany)

Teams must be co-ed, at least 2 girls and 2 boys per team.

If you chose to play as a team of 4, the fee is the same and you may end up playing against teams of 6.  It is unsure whether there will be a competitve league or not yet.

Only captain needs to register to the website and team members can use there accounts or rely on the captain for updates.

Corporate Donations are being excepted!

All corporate donations of $50 or more, received before May 15th will have their company name placed on the back of the tournament shirt!  Please email Katie Timpany at jordantimpanyvolleyball@ hotmail.com for details

Donations are also being accepted for the silent auction!

We are looking for corporate donations to offset the cost of running the tournament, to raise as much money as possible for the charities.  Also looking for donations for the silent auction, such as gift baskets, gift cards, etc.  The more we can collect, the more successful the tournament will be!!

We are also looking for donations of items for the team kits.  Please contact me for details about the number of players.
